Data and collection methods

When you email us, we receive your identity and business contact details, organisation or role, enquiry, correspondence and any attachments electronically. Information in postal requests is received in physical form. The data involved depends on what you include in your message and request.

The site has no active contact form, membership service or visitor analytics. Your theme choice is stored in your browser and is not linked to your contact details.

Purposes and legal grounds

The following grounds are assessed according to the nature of the request. Sending a message does not constitute general consent to unrelated processing or marketing.

• Assessing general business enquiries, replying and following up correspondence: the company’s legitimate interest in managing business communications, provided your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed (Article 5/2-f).
• Discussing quotations or services needed to enter into or perform a contract to which you are a party: where directly related and necessary for that contract (Article 5/2-c).
• Handling personal data requests and applicable legal duties: compliance with a legal obligation (Article 5/2-ç).
• Reviewing necessary correspondence in a dispute: where required to establish, exercise or protect a right (Article 5/2-e).

Access, sharing and retention

Company correspondence is handled to assess and respond to your enquiry. Sending and delivering email involves the email services used. Any disclosure required by an authorised public body is assessed within the scope of the relevant legal request.

Retention is assessed according to the subject of the enquiry, whether correspondence is ongoing, applicable legal obligations and the time necessary to protect a right. A single unlimited retention period is not prescribed for all data.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the Law, you may apply to the data controller to:

• Learn whether your personal data is processed and request information about that processing.
• Learn its purpose and whether the data is used accordingly.
• Learn which third parties receive your data in Türkiye or abroad.
• Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data.
• Request erasure or destruction when the conditions in Article 7 are met.
• Request that corrections, erasure or destruction be communicated to third-party recipients.
• Object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis of your data.
• Seek compensation for damage resulting from unlawful processing.

How to make a request

You can send a signed written request to the company address below. For a KVKK request by email, write to our company email address using an address you previously provided to us and which is recorded in our systems. Other methods provided by the Law and the applicable Communiqué remain available.

Include the subject of your request and the identity and contact information required by the applicable rules. Necessary identity verification is assessed according to the request. You do not need to send an identity document for a general question.

Requests are concluded as soon as possible according to their nature and within 30 days at the latest. If processing the request entails an additional cost, the tariff set by the Board may apply.
